Door Frame made out of MS pipe / ISMC at all three sides door shutter made out of 18 / 16 swg CRCA / GI Sheet, Cavity fill with acoustic insulation material to control noise transmission. Neoprene / EDPM rubber gasket fitted in between the frame and door shutter to control noise leakage from a gap in between shutter and door frame

Doors fitted with heavy-duty Door Hinge, Handle, Locking mechanism, etc.

Whenever high sound reduction performance is needed between noise-sensitive areas, a steel acoustic door is needed. With the introduction of special lining, seals, and structurally secure cores, a high degree of sound reduction is achieved. These doors are going to be used for recording studios, theaters, and auditoriums.

General Details:

Acoustic steel doors are factory-made from 1.2 / 1.6 thick GI sheets.

• Special Astragal enclosed for the asking.
• Seal between door and frame.
• Special glass (soundproof) is going to be provided upon request.
• Double glazed vision panel as a normal item.
